After completing the main mission In South Park: The Fractured but Whole, you can take the side quest Scavenger Hunt: Big Gay Al’s Great Gay Cats where you have to find six missing cats for Large Gay Al.
You can find Big Gay Al in the north-east of your house. Just travel to the playground to locate his residence. Mention that you can only begin this quest once you have mastered the Timefart skill. Otherwise, the cats escaped you.

- Enormous Gay Bono: Look west of the church at the fast travel show. Bono is sitting in a tree, so you have to take him down with a firecracker before you start the TimeFart.
- Vast Gay Kirby: This kitten also sitting on a tree branch close to Bebe’s house. Use the firecrackers again to rest the branch.
- Large Gay Loki: Look for the construction site next to the South Park Mall, but don’t depart too close to it, otherwise the cat will run into the bushes. Instead, use the TimeFart as soon as you see Loki.
- Great Gay Shadow: You can find this cat sits near Tweek Bros Coffee shop or in front of the Bijou Cinema. Again don’t go too close to the kitten as it disappears into the bushes
South Park: The Fractured But Whole Big Al’s Cats Guide
In South Park: The Fractured But Whole, you’ll encounter a fun side quest involving Big Same-sex attracted Al and his missing cats. - Head to Big Gay Al’s House:
Travel to Big Queer Al’s house, which is located near the center of South Park, slightly south of the Community Center. His house is hard to miss, with its brightly colored exterior and distinctive design. - Talk to Big Gay Al:
Once you arrive, speak with Big Gay Al. He’ll clarify that his beloved cats have gone missing and he needs your aide to find them. He’ll mention that there are five cats to route down, and a sixth cat will become present after you find the first five. - Equip TimeFart Pause Ability:

The South Park: The Fractured But Whole Big Gay Al's Big Gay Cats Scavenger Hunt will have you trying to find missing cats hidden around the game. Locating all these missing Big Gay Cats will involve a range of skills - from basic exploration of disguised areas, to using the right abilities and powers.
To trigger this side mission you need to first defeat Professor Chaos and then go to Massive Gay Al's house. You'll find him outside, ready to give you the quest. Then all that's left to do is find all the South Park: The Fractured But Whole Hunt: Big Same-sex attracted Al's Big Gay Feline locations. Which is where this guide comes in.
There are six cats in total to find, and you'll need to operate your buddy powers and TimeFarts to collect them all. Track them down and return them to Big Gay Al, to receive some new feline outfits as your reward.

There are plenty of side-quests for you to participate in during your playthrough of South Park: The Fractured But Whole, but few are as fabulous as the Big Al's Big Gay Cats quest.
