"Blond people CAN have blond pubic hair- in fact, all the body hair of true blonds is blond, like blond eyebrows, blond armpit hair, even blond chest-hair believe it or not. I know this is true because I myself am a genuine blond, and all the above-statements are very real in my case. It's the same concept as a brown-haired person having all-brown body hair, just blond instead of brown. It's all in the genes! if the blond color is the expressed trait, then blond is the only color that will appear on the body, unless you dye it of course. That is not true. I was born with very light blond hair (which in the past 8 years or so has changed to a medium/dark blond). However I possess brown eyebrows and ebony eyelashes. Some of my body hair is blond and some is brown. The carpets don't correspond the drapes The reason behind this could be the fact that I'm of mixed ethnicity. Whatever is it I'm SO glad I don't include to deal with blond eyebrows and eyelashes (like my mom has). I personally think it's repulsive.

It is quite innate for collar and cuffs to be of differing shades. In my encounter, the downstairs has tended to be darker than the upstairs. YMMV.

I was a toehead as a child. What hair I had on my legs and arms were also really light blonde. When I hit age 12, 13 the hair in my head darkened considerably - not quite brown, but not quite blonde either. When my pits, pubes, and chest hair came in it was all brown.
I started going silver/grey at about yo - just some strands here and there at first, but it eventually spread. In summers, my head hair would still lighten up to blonde from the daystar, ocean, pool - which looked pretty good with a tan lol
Now in my 40’s, my brain hair is pretty much all silver with just some strands of blonde/light brown. My beard is silver as well, yet the mustache part is very blonde with two strips of blonde framing my chin (like a biker ‘stache in a way). Arm and leg hair is still blonde, pits and chest are still brown (with some whisps of silver coming in now on the chest), pubes still stout and brown, butt/hole hair also blonde.
Guys have liked the hair color mix - or least none have said anything poor about it lol
