In recognition of Pride Month, one of the Toronto&#;s Transit buses has been wrapped and designated
&#;The Large Gay Bus.&#; Mary Ventresca, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at Pattison Outdoor Advertising, shared the following about the campaign.

&#;The client’s strategy of wrapping a bus with this LGBTQ+ message rather than a streetcar specifically because it will go into areas beyond the downtown. This strategy emphasizes how transit truly covers all corners of a city.&#;

The OOH transit was produced by LoveisLoveisLove, a Toronto-based Gay advocacy campaign.

&#;We&#;re hoping that Toronto&#;s Big Gay Bus can help instigate switch in neighborhoods where support for LGBTQ+ issues may not be on par with what we see downtown,&#; said Adam Zivo, director and founder of the LoveisLoveisLove project.

The Gay Bus

So I started using a new self care app recently, and it has been kind to me in a way none of the others have because it gives me a small creature to take look after of and nurture.

This is Berry! I got to name her, dress her, choose her colors and pronouns and everything, and she's my little birb that I am taking care of through this app. (My wife gifted me that green cane she's using. You can gift your friends adorable shit if you wish for to.)

Nice things about the app that set it above other self-care apps:

Does not in any way punish you for not doing a task you set for yourself, there's only rewards for doing what you can and encouragement for keeping up a streak
You can put a task that is: daily, or on a certain day, or one-time but it stays around until you do it, or a combination of those. Unprecedented customizability in tasks in my trial with this kind of app.
You can send minuscule notifs to your friends on the app. Mags and I regularly transmit each other hugs and such, but one of the options is a stretch break and they actually told me today that they needed that reminder!
